|Rebecca Gordon — Owner and Founder
Rebecca provides training to non-profit and health-based programs on communication skills relating to education of employees and caregiveres in the organization. She also provides training to educators on how to bridge the student-teacher generation gap in the adult learning classroom. Rebecca was Director of Development for Missouri KidsFirst (Missouri Network of Child Advocacy Centers) from June 2005 through the end of 2010.
At Missouri KidsFirst, Rebecca helped develop a “Power Board” structure for the organization that brought in partners, dollars and donors. She began working in fund development fifteen years ago when she accepted a “duties as assigned” project that turned into a career. Before coming to Missouri KidsFirst in June 2005, Rebecca was the Development and Public Relations Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Missouri. In that position she was responsible for raising over one million dollars annually, served on the executive team and developed partnerships that resulted in mentors, sponsorships and an increased donor base.
Rebecca presents workshops on Development, Cause Marketing, Building Boards, Branding Your Nonprofit, Advocacy, Generational Communications, Keys to Nonprofit Success and communication skills for educators. Rebecca is a CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) and lives in Jefferson City, Missouri with her husband and teenage son.
|Josh Hudzinski — Online Creative Manager
Josh is a recent graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Prior to his work with the Rebecca Gordon Group, Josh developed a new website for a third party logistics company in St. Louis. He is a web developer skilled in HTML and CSS front-end design, WordPress development, and responsive site design. Josh is a long-time fan of the St. Louis Blues, and in his free time enjoys playing disc golf.
|Moki Blanding — Graphic Designer and Content Creator
Moki’s personality is just as unique as her Hawaiian name and she is artistically inspired by the mother who gave it to her. Creatively solving problems under pressure while marathoning action/drama TV shows is what she does best. Moki’s been on the move from city-to-city, state-to-state for most of her life and Stephen’s College’s graphic design program landed her in Columbia, MO on her way to acquiring her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in December of 2014. There, she holds the position as Creative Executive for the student-run marketing firm, Creative Ink, and works with real-life clients for real-world experience. Her love for music, random adventures, and smiling at stranger’s is what drives her daily.
|Steve Siwinski — Creative Consultant
Steve likes long walks on the beach, candle lit dinners and creatively coming up with quippy bio descriptions of himself. With more than a decade of multimedia, print and design experience, Steve has hand-crafted campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profits and the occasional Mom and Pop coffee shop. His promotional production skills have been used to champion educational and social outreach across every form of media outlet imaginable. When he’s not designing, Steve spends his free time creating edible messes in the kitchen, riding his scooter and scouring second hand shops to add to his ever-growing vintage neck tie collection.
|Maddie Zavala— Graphic Designer and Content Creator
Maddie strives to push the limits of design while creating consumer engagement. Her goal is to create potent design strategies with knowledge gleaned from a wide range of experiences and clients such as Sony Music’s Dog House Records, multiple online retailers, and many a small local establishment. She operates with the ideal that even the tiniest bit of marketing is a long-term investment in your brand as a whole. Maddie’s passion lies in curiosity. About people, communication, business, design…you get the picture. The excitement to learn and collaborate with fascination folks who dream big are her fuel. Maddie thinks big thoughts and makes some mean nachos.
